ScammedMe.in operates as an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and complies with the IT Rules 2021. We process all valid grievances within the timelines mandated by law. We respond to grievances within 24 hours and remove disputed content within 36 hours of valid notice, in line with IT Rules 2021 obligations.
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, ScammedMe.in has designated a Grievance Officer to address user complaints and content disputes.
